"Night Music" is a collection of five medium- to large-scale works for solo organ and electronics that I composed in 2023. The organ soloist in each of these recordings is American composer and concert organist, Carson Cooman.

These pieces are musical meditations on personal observations and experiences, as well as on religious history.

"Eve" and "The Tower" were inspired by reflections on history theological issues, and how these theological issues inform perception of current events, particularly, mankind's inherently religious nature, manifested in our time by a naive faith in technology.

"Pythia" was inspired by accounts of the priestess of Apollo at Delphi, in ancient Greece; a figure better known as the Oracle of Delphi.

"An Apostle Remembers the Emperor in a Dream" was the only piece in this collection that was conceived of in purely abstract terms. I gave the piece its present title based on mental images/associations the music evoked for me.

"Christmas Eve Dreams" is a reflection on the often rather magical experience of Christmastime that seems unique to childhood.
