about

"Shadow & Reflection" is a collection of highlights from my catalog of compositions for solo organ. The works range from "Postlude (for the Feast of Christ the King)" - the earliest-composed work in my catalog (it was composed when I was an undergraduate) - and "An Orchid Among Daffodils," a piece composed in June, 2023, and inspired by a story from the childhood of Margaretha Zelle; best known by her stage name, Mata Hari (1876 - 1917).

This album serves as both an introduction to my contributions to the organ repertoire, as well as a collection of those solo organ compositions which I consider to be the most representative of my work as of the time of this release.
